Last night I had my completed blocks laid out on the floor to admire, and the cat [ever helpful] wandered by and started retching, I only just got her off the blocks before she brought up a furball, it was so close. Just imagine the mess there could have been!

  1. no pictures? LOL...

Cats are just very creative beings and want to cooperate in quiltmaking... I always have cats sitting on the very fabric I am about to cut, on the pieces I am about to sew together, or on the quilt I am about to quilt, mistaking the frame for their special cat hammock...

    Greetings from the Rhine,

  2. Hi Britta, photos coming when my friend shows me how to download them to the right place, I am good at losing photos on the computer and they turn up where least expected.

  3. Oh my goodness! My heart was in my throat reading this. I'm glad you saved the blocks!

  4. How very fortunate that he missed, I mean that you were on top of it. Giggle. I was just showing you how much he liked it! So happy that you saved them.

Thanks to everyone that is following our journey with the Civil War Bride Quilt. We love to read your comments and appreciate your encouragement...............
