Block 5 really loved this one

I am very happy with this block (the pic not so great) I have narrowed the stems a bit. I may add another butterfly to the top. I have to say this quilt is just fun!  I started to layout the left and right borders to pluck away at between blocks. Happy Stitching~Susan

  1. Your block if very pretty. I like the fussy cutting on the blue flowers. I have my borders prepped and want to work on them between blocks but I get started on a block and never want to stop until I am finished with it. Its all fun.

  3. Very pretty. What type of background fabric are you using? It has such pretty colors in it.

  4. Susan, what a beautiful job you did! The vase fabric has such movement and I just love the blue fabrics. They just pop right off of the blocks. I like how they are all different. Did you use repro fabbies in your block? Great background too. Can't wait to see them all together.
