I tried to achieve the twelve first blocks finished before the end of the year,
therefore you will see me a lot before end of December ...
As I show you the block n°7 :
Do not look precisely at the feet of the birds ...
I think I will put them away and embroid them afterwards ...
This was the difficulty of this 7th block.
do not notice the feet until you mentioned it... your birds are very very good looking... and the gray leaves so sophisticated.
ReplyDeleteI love the birds and think the feet look GREAT! I just can't applique them and am doing mine with ultra suede. A friend who finished the quilt gave me that hint. I also use it for the cherries and small grapes. It adds a nice texture and certainly is neater than my applique.
